We provide digital products and services only.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Service orders may be cancelled within 7 (seven) days of payment if not fully delivered.
• No cancellation will be accepted after final delivery.
• Subscriptions may be cancelled anytime to prevent future billing.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds may be granted for:

• Duplicate payments
• Service not activated
• Verified technical issues unresolved for 7 working days

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind
• Delivered services
• Client-side delays
• Lack of usage

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

4. Returns

Returns are not applicable as all services are digital.
